Johanna Meyer joined the Wales Centre for Public Policy in March 2026 as Research Associate in the Centre’s research team. Her work focusses on approaches and practices of knowledge mobilisation.
Johanna has previously worked in policy engagement at the University of Bath’s Institute for Policy Research, as a Research Associate on projects related to higher education policy, and as a freelance data analyst. Her background is in psychology and linguistics, and her PhD explored maps as tools for public health communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also has several years’ experience teaching research methods and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
