Elize graduated in Sociology from University of Bath in 2025 where she covered various modules, ranging across social policy, social change and criminology. Following graduation, she worked at With Intelligence, a market intelligence research firm, where she expanded her research skills in a new industry. She started as a Casual Citizen Researcher for the HDRC in March 2026, before becoming a full time Graduate Officer in July 2026.
