Mae gan ddatgarboneiddio gwresogi domestig r\u00f4l holl bwysig i\u2019w chwarae i leihau allyriadau o adeiladu fel y gwelir yn y Strategaeth Gwres drafft i Gymru, gyda llwybr i ddarparu gwres gl\u00e2n a fforddiadwy erbyn 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Llywodraeth Cymru, fel rhan o\u2019i Chytundeb Cydweithio \u00e2 Phlaid Cymru, hefyd wedi ffurfio Gr\u0175p Her Sero Net 2035 Cymru, dan gadeiryddiaeth y cyn Weinidog Jane Davidson, fel rhan o\u2019r ymrwymiad i \u2018comisiynu cyngor annibynnol i edrych ar lwybrau posibl at sero net erbyn 2035.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Mae Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (WCPP) wedi cael cyllid gan Lywodraeth Cymru i ddarparu cymorth tystiolaeth annibynnol i\u2019r Gr\u0175p Her. Mae\u2019r canlyniadau hyn yn rhan o\u2019n sylwadau ar drydydd maes her y Gr\u0175p, \u2018Sut y gallai Cymru gynhesu ac adeiladu cartrefi a gweithleoedd erbyn 2035?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Ar hyn o bryd nid yw allyriadau o adeiladau preswyl yn gostwng yn ddigon cyflym i gyflawni targedau sero net, sy\u2019n dangos bod y niferoedd sy\u2019n manteisio ar bympiau gwres a mesurau \u00f4l-osod effeithlonrwydd ynni\u2019n isel. Os am gyrraedd y targed sero net presennol o 2050 bydd angen mabwysiadu\u2019r mesurau hyn at fyrder ac ar raddfa fawr, sy\u2019n golygu y bydd y bwlch yn cynyddu os yw\u2019r dyddiad targed yn cael ei ddwyn ymlaen i 2035. Felly, i gyflawni sero net yn 2035 byddai angen polis\u00efau arloesol ar raddfa uchelgeisiol i gynyddu\u2019r niferoedd sy\u2019n mabwysiadu\u2019r mesurau.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r dasg yn cael ei chymhlethu ymhellach gan fod y stoc adeiladau yng Nghymru\u2019n h\u0177n nag yng ngweddill y DU, ac mae nifer fawr o adeiladau yng Nghymru\u2019n cael eu cyfrif fel rhai sy\u2019n anodd eu datgarboneiddio. Fodd bynnag, er gwaethaf maint yr her, mae datgarboneiddio adeiladau hefyd yn gyfle i gyflawni sawl nod polisi. Yn ogystal \u00e2 gostyngiadau mewn allyriadau, mi all cyflwyno gwres glanach a rhatach i gartref fod yn ffordd i leihau tlodi tanwydd, gwella iechyd, hybu cadwynau cyflenwi lleol, a chreu llawer o swyddi.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ein papur cefndir, \u2018Sut y gallai Cymru gynhesu ac adeiladu cartrefi carbon isel erbyn 2035?' yn edrych ar faint yr her ac ystyriaethau allweddol wrth leihau allyriadau o adeiladau presennol a newydd.<\/p>\n<p>Rydym hefyd wedi cyhoeddi wyth astudiaeth achos ar gynlluniau \u00f4l-osod rhyngwladol, sy\u2019n edrych ar y goblygiadau i bolisi \u00f4l-osod yng Nghymru. Er bod gwersi i\u2019w dysgu o\u2019r cynnydd a wnaed mewn rhai gwledydd eraill, rydym yn credu bod yn rhaid cymryd camau i ddatgarboneiddio adeiladau preswyl yng Nghymru ar gyflymder a graddfa fel na welwyd o\u2019r blaen os am gyrraedd targed sero net 2050 hyd yn oed. O gofio bod gwledydd eraill hefyd am ddatgarboneiddio adeiladau\u2019n gyflym i gyrraedd sero net, mae\u2019n ymddangos bod arloesi mewn polisi i \u00f4l-osod yn digwydd yn gyflymach na gallu\u2019r sylfaen dystiolaeth i ganfod yn ddigon cyflym yr hyn sy\u2019n gweithio mewn gwahanol gyd-destunau.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bydd cyflawni sero net yng Nghymru\u2019n gofyn am ostyngiadau sylweddol mewn allyriadau o adeiladau newydd a phresennol.
