Mae cyflawni sero net yn gofyn am ddatblygu diwydiannau newydd, creu a newid rolau a lliniaru effeithiau diwydiannau sy\u2019n cau.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Llywodraeth Cymru, fel rhan o\u2019i Chytundeb Cydweithio \u00e2 Phlaid Cymru, hefyd wedi ffurfio Gr\u0175p Her Sero Net 2035 Cymru, dan gadeiryddiaeth y cyn Weinidog Jane Davidson, fel rhan o\u2019r ymrwymiad i \u2018comisiynu cyngor annibynnol i edrych ar lwybrau posibl at sero net erbyn 2035.\u2019 Gofynnodd Llywodraeth Cymru i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (WCPP) ddarparu cymorth tystiolaeth annibynnol i\u2019r Gr\u0175p Her. Mae\u2019r canlyniadau hyn yn rhan o\u2019n sylwadau ar bumed maes her y Gr\u0175p, \u2018Sut allai addysg, swyddi a gwaith yng Nghymru edrych erbyn 2035?\u2019 Mae papur cefndir WCPP yn rhoi crynodeb lefel uchel o rai o\u2019r prif ystyriaethau yn y maes hwn, gan edrych ar ein papurau blaenorol i ystyried sut y gallai system sgiliau Cymru hybu pontio cyfiawn at sero net:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcpp.org.uk\/cy\/cyhoeddi\/cefnogi-system-dysgu-gydol-oes-cymru\/\">Cefnogi system dysgu gydol oes Cymru<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcpp.org.uk\/cy\/cyhoeddi\/datblygu-sgiliau-ar-gyfer-pontio-cyfiawn\/\">Datblygu sgiliau ar gyfer pontio cyfiawn<\/a>; a<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcpp.org.uk\/cy\/cyhoeddi\/sgiliau-sero-net-mewnwelediadau-a-thystiolaeth-o-sectorau-allyriadau-yng-nghymru\/\">Sgiliau sero net: mewnweledigaethau a thystiolaeth o sectorau allyriadau yng Nghymru<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae\u2019r papur cefndir hefyd yn cynnwys trosolwg byr ar incwm sylfaenol cyffredinol ac wythnos waith bedwar diwrnod yng nghyd-destun ailhyfforddi a dysgu sgiliau newydd, gan gydnabod eu natur gostus a\u2019r ansicrwydd yngl\u0177n \u00e2\u2019u cyfraniad at gyflawni sero net a phontio cyfiawn.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r pontio i sero net yn gofyn am ddatblygu sgiliau cyffredinol, gwyrdd a diwydiant. Er bod tystiolaeth y bydd hyn yn creu mwy o swyddi a chynnydd yn y galw am sgiliau technegol, mae gan Gymru nifer uchel o weithwyr sgiliau isel a chyfradd gyfranogi mewn addysg bellach sy\u2019n gostwng.
