Bydd y prosiect yn dechrau datblygu seilwaith cyffredin ar gyfer gweithredu ym mhob rhan o\u2019r rhwydwaith, gan gynnwys modelau, canllawiau, adnoddau, capasiti ac iaith gyffredin.<\/p>\n<p>Drwy\u2019r prosiect hwn, rydym yn gobeithio cyflawni\u2019r canlynol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dealltwriaeth gryfach o weithredu a gwyddorau gwella<\/strong>, a sut mae\u2019n gysylltiedig \u00e2 gwaith Canolfannau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trosglwyddo gwybodaeth a strategaethau<\/strong>\u00a0rhwng Canolfannau, a hwylusir gan y ddealltwriaeth honno a rennir.<\/li>\n<li>Creu<strong>\u00a0offer ac adnoddau ymarferol\u00a0<\/strong>sy\u2019n gallu cefnogi gwaith gweithredu\u2019r Canolfannau eu hunain ynghyd \u00e2 gwaith eu defnyddwyr.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mwy o gynhyrchiant a gwneud penderfyniadau ar sail tystiolaeth<\/strong>\u00a0o ganlyniad i arferion a phrosesau gweithredu gwell.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gosod sylfeini ar gyfer cydweithio ymhellach<\/strong>, gan gynnwys prosiectau gweithredu ar y cyd e.e. them\u00e2u
