Nod Cynllun Gweithredu Cydraddoldeb Hiliol<\/strong><\/a> Llywodraeth Cymru yw mynd i'r afael ag anghydraddoldebau hiliol strwythurol yng Nghymru er mwyn gwneud \u2018newidiadau ystyrlon a mesuradwy i fywydau pobl Ddu, Asiaidd ac Ethnig Leiafrifol drwy fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 hiliaeth\u2019 a chyflawni \u2018Cymru sy\u2019n wrth-hiliol erbyn 2030<\/strong>\u2019. Daeth yr ymgynghoriad i ben ym mis Gorffennaf ac mae\u2019r ymatebion yn cael eu hadolygu ar hyn o bryd.<\/p>\n

Bydd cyflawni'r weledigaeth uchelgeisiol hon yn gofyn am gamau gweithredu ar y cyd sydd wedi'u hystyried yn ofalus. Bydd angen i Lywodraeth Cymru a chyrff cyhoeddus greu cyfres glir iawn o flaenoriaethau a metrigau i sicrhau cyfrifoldeb dros gyflawni gwelliannau mesuradwy mewn perthynas \u00e2 chydraddoldeb hiliol. Gan adeiladu ar yr argymhellion yn adolygiadau tystiolaeth Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru<\/a> ar wella cydraddoldeb hiliol yng Nghymru, a lywiodd y gwaith o ddatblygu'r Cynllun Gweithredu Cydraddoldeb Hiliol, mae'r sylwebaeth hon yn tynnu sylw at rai o'r camau a allai fod yn angenrheidiol neu'n ddefnyddiol er mwyn cyflawni nodau'r Cynllun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
