Mae polisi amaeth yn bwnc datganoledig, a Llywodraeth Cymru\u2019n cael cyllideb flynyddol ar ei gyfer gan Lywodraeth y Deyrnas Unedig; cyn Brexit, deuai\u2019r cyllid hwn drwy Bolisi Amaethyddol Cyffredin yr Undeb Ewropeaidd. Yn 2021-2022, \u00a3242 miliwn o gyllideb sydd wedi\u2019i dyrannu i Gymru, sy\u2019n \u00a3137 miliwn yn llai nag a ddisgwyliwyd (Undeb Amaethwyr Cymru, 2020). I liniaru effeithiau\u2019r golled hon, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi bod yn datblygu cynigion polisi sy\u2019n ceisio cefnogi ffermwyr i fabwysiadu arferion ffermio cynaliadwy, gan ganolbwyntio ar dalu am gynhyrchu nwyddau cyhoeddus. Ar sail dadansoddiad polisi a dau ymgynghoriad ers refferendwm 2016, mae\u2019r Llywodraeth wedi datblygu fframwaith polisi ar gyfer Rheoli Tir yn Gynaliadwy, fydd yn cynnig arweiniad drwy gydol y cyfnod hwn o newid mawr. Mae\u2019r cynigion yn seiliedig ar Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016, a Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015, felly mae datblygu cynaliadwy\u2019n ganolog iddynt, ac maent yn adlewyrchiad uniongyrchol o ddyheadau ehangach Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer ein cymdeithas. Amlinellodd y Llywodraeth ei bwriadau ar gyfer deddfwriaeth sylfaenol a\u2019i huchelgais i ddiwygio yn y Papur Gwyn Amaeth (Cymru), a ryddhawyd ym mis Rhagfyr 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd yr adroddiad hwn yn defnyddio esiampl o astudiaeth achos i weld sut mae un gr\u0175p ffermwyr wedi ymateb i newid yn y polisi amaeth drwy fynd ati mewn ffordd gyfranogol i ddatblygu cynlluniau sydd o fudd i\u2019r tirwedd yng ngogledd Cymru.
