Gofynnodd y Dirprwy Weinidog a\u2019r Prif Chwip i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru gynnal adolygiadau tystiolaeth i lywio datblygiad y Cynllun Gweithredu ar draws chwe maes polisi allweddol, a ddewiswyd gan y credid mai\u2019r rhain sy\u2019n cael yr effaith fwyaf ar anghydraddoldeb hiliol: <strong>arweinyddiaeth a chynrychiolaeth,&nbsp; iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol, cyflogaeth ac incwm, addysg, tai a llety, <\/strong>a&nbsp;<strong>throsedd a chyfiawnder<\/strong>.
