Amcangyfrifir y bydd blynyddoedd o gynnydd o ran gwella mynediad at addysg a\u2019i hansawdd yn cael ei golli, a rhaid i'r camau fydd yn cael eu cymryd i leihau\u2019r effaith hefyd geisio creu system addysg decach wrth symud ymlaen.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 thargedu cyllid ac adnoddau i leihau\u2019r risg i gyrhaeddiad pob person ifanc, bydd polis\u00efau addysg tymor hwy yn elwa o sylfaen dystiolaeth gref lle mae'n bosibl:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Datblygu a gweithredu dysgu ac asesu cyfunol sy'n cynnwys plant tlotach a'r rhai ag anghenion dysgu neu hygyrchedd ychwanegol.<\/li>\n<li>Nodi\u2019r arfer gorau wrth ddylunio a darparu datblygiad proffesiynol ar gyfer athrawon a chynorthwywyr addysgu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mae cynllunio a galluogi ffyrdd newydd o weithio o ganlyniad i'r pandemig yn gosod gofynion ychwanegol ar ysgolion. Bydd hyn yn gofyn am fuddsoddiad ychwanegol i ddarparu'r gallu ychwanegol sydd ei angen fel nad yw addysg yn cael ei darfu wrth i'r staff addysgu weithredu newidiadau ac ymgymryd \u00e2'r datblygiad proffesiynol angenrheidiol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r nodyn hysbysu hwn yn crynhoi canfyddiadau cyntaf y dystiolaeth ar yr ymateb addysgol ryngwladol i bandemig y Coronafirws, a'r goblygiadau posibl i Gymru. Cyhoeddir crynodebau polisi sy'n syntheseiddio'r dystiolaeth orau sydd ar gael ar y tri phwnc canlynol y flwyddyn nesaf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Addysgu a dysgu cyfunol (gan gynnwys darpariaeth asyncronig);<\/li>\n<li>'Ymyriadau dal i fyny'; a<\/li>\n<li>Modelau dysgu a datblygu proffesiynol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae pandemig y coronafeirws wedi gwaethygu'r anghydraddoldebau addysgol presennol ledled y byd.
