Gallai lleihau mewnfudo o wledydd yr Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd (EEA) roi mwy o bwysau ar y rhai sydd mewn gwaith i gefnogi pobl oedran pensiwn.<\/p>\n<p>Gallai Llywodraeth Cymru geisio mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 materion a nodwyd yn yr adroddiad hwn drwy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Geisio cael cytundeb ar gyfer amrywiadau rhanbarthol a sectoraidd ym mholisi mudol y DU;<\/li>\n<li>Dadlau y dylai cytundebau rhwng y DU a\u2019r UE gynnwys fframweithiau symudedd a chydnabyddiaeth gilyddol o gymwysterau proffesiynol; a<\/li>\n<li>Defnyddio pwerau datganoledig ac offerynnau polisi yn uniongyrchol i hybu integreiddio, mynd i\u2019r afael ag anghydraddoldeb rhwng y rhywiau a diogelu\u2019r cyflenwad llafur mewn cymunedau gwledig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae\u2019r adroddiad hwn yn dadansoddi effeithiau posibl polis\u00efau mudo ar \u00f4l Brexit ar farchnad lafur, poblogaeth a chymdeithas Cymru, ac yn nodi sut y gallai Llywodraeth Cymru ymateb i\u2019r cyfleoedd a\u2019r heriau sy\u2019n dod yn sgil hyn.
