Roedd ffocws penodol ar p\u2019un a oedd gan arweinwyr y dyfodol brofiad helaeth o'r sector cyhoeddus, yn ogystal \u00e2'r sgiliau a'r ymddygiadau i ymateb i heriau polisi presennol, a heriau i'r dyfodol.<\/p>\n<p>Daeth i'r amlwg bod darpariaeth bresennol a defnydd o arweinyddiaeth a datblygiad yn amrywio ledled y sector cyhoeddus, a gall Academi Cymru chwarae rhan amlycach o ran sicrhau bod gan bob rhan o'r sector cyhoeddus fynediad at hyfforddiant a datblygiad o safon. Er bod awydd i gael rhagor o gydweithio, mae angen canolbwyntio hefyd ar lwybrau cynnydd ffurfiol a chyfleoedd hyfforddiant.
