Mae maint a pherfformiad diwydiant pysgota Cymru ar hyn o bryd, ynghyd \u00e2 chyd-destun polisi Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol a Deddf yr Amgylchedd, i gyd yn rhoi cyd-destun pwysig ar gyfer dychmygu natur bosibl diwydiant pysgota llwyddiannus yng Nghymru ar \u00f4l Brexit.<\/p>\n
Mae ymdrechion wedi\u2019u gwneud i gryfhau\u2019r gwaith o reoli pysgodfeydd, yn enwedig ar lefel ranbarthol, ond nid oes system reoli sy\u2019n gweithio\u2019n iawn, a honno\u2019n ennyn ymddiriedaeth, wedi\u2019i sefydlu hyd yma.<\/p>\n
Mae\u2019r adroddiad - ar gael fel adroddiad llawn a fersiwn byrrach - hwn yn edrych ar botensial y cyfleoedd pysgota sydd ar gael i Gymru, gan ddatblygu ar yr ymchwil a\u2019r dystiolaeth sy\u2019n bodoli\u2019n barod yng Nghymru a\u2019r tu hwnt.<\/p>\n
Er gwaethaf ei maint bychan, neu efallai oherwydd hynny, gall Cymru arwain drwy ddangos sut fath o beth yw pysgodfeydd sy\u2019n cael eu rheoli er mwyn gofalu am lesiant cenedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol.<\/p>\n
