Mae cyfyngiadau 20mya wedi\u2019u gweithredu mewn sawl lle yn y DU, ond byth ar raddfa genedlaethol. Bydd angen newid sylweddol mewn ymddygiad gyrwyr er mwyn i\u2019r cyfyngiad gael yr effaith ddymunol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ein hadroddiad yn bwriadu mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 dau brif gwestiwn:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pa ymyriadau ymddygiadol penodol all gael eu gweithredu i annog gyrwyr i gydymffurfio \u00e2\u2019r cyfyngiadau cyflymder 20mya mewn ardaloedd preswyl; a<\/li>\n<li>a oes demograffeg penodol, nodweddion cymunedol neu ffactorau eraill ddylid fod yn rhan o\u2019r dull cam wrth gam?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Noda\u2019r adroddiad bod y rhan fwyaf o yrwyr yn honni eu bod yn cefnogi syniad y cyfyngiadau cyflymder 20mya, ond nid yw llawer yn cydymffurfio mewn gwirionedd.
