Yn wyneb yr ansicrwydd economaidd, mae llunwyr polisi yn awyddus i wybod sut i gryfhau gwydnwch yr economi. Mae'r adroddiad hwn yn edrych ar ba dystiolaeth sydd ar gael i helpu i oleuo'r ddadl bolisi yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n
Mae Gweinidog yr Economi a Thrafnidiaeth a Dirprwy Weinidog yr Economi a Thrafnidiaeth wedi gofyn i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru roi cyngor iddynt ar y dystiolaeth a allai helpu i oleuo polis\u00efau er mwyn gwella gwydnwch economaidd Cymru.<\/p>\n
Yn yr adroddiad hwn adolygwn gyflwr y llenyddiaeth bresennol ar wydnwch economaidd gan amlygu'r agweddau a allai helpu i gryfhau gwydnwch economi. Daw'r dystiolaeth yn bennaf o'r DU, Ewrop a Gogledd America gyda ffocws cryf ar brofiad wedi'i ennill o argyfwng ariannol byd-eang 2008-09. Mae'r adroddiad hefyd yn ystyried y gwersi penodol a ddysgwyd o gau ffatri weithgynhyrchu fawr yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr gan ddisgrifio gwerth dilyn gwahanol ddulliau polisi dros amser.
