Yn \u00f4l y dull hwn rhaid i gyrff cyhoeddus holi barn plant a phobl ifanc a\u2019u hystyried mewn prosesau penderfynu.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y cyd-destun hwn, mae corff cynyddol o lenyddiaeth wedi datblygu sy\u2019n adrodd ar farn plant a phobl ifanc am y system ofal gyda\u2019r nod o lywio polis\u00efau ac arferion gweithio.
