Mae gwledydd Nordig yn ceisio cynnwys persbectif croestoriadol yn eu dulliau presennol; mae cyfle gan Lywodraeth Cymru i gynnwys croestoriadedd yn ei gwaith at y dyfodol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae prif ffrydio rhywedd yn fecanwaith allweddol i sicrhau cydraddoldeb rhywiol. Mae\u2019n golygu ystyried rhywedd wrth ddatblygu pob polisi yn ogystal \u00e2 llunio polis\u00efau penodol i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb rhywiol. Mae\u2019n bosibl mai prif ffrydio rhywedd mewn polis\u00efau newydd yn hytrach nag mewn polis\u00efau presennol fydd y man cychwyn mwyaf effeithiol i Lywodraeth Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Mae gosod nodau clir gyda dangosyddion, a mesur cynnydd ar eu cyflawni, yn hanfodol i wneud cynnydd ar gydraddoldeb rhywiol.
