Mae\u2019r adroddiad hwn yn trafod effeithiau tebygol y polis\u00efau yma ar economi Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Er y bydd y gostyngiad cyfrannol mewn ymfudo yn uwch yng Nghymru nag yn y DU, oherwydd bod Cymru yn llai dibynnol ar ymfudo na\u2019r DU gyfan, at ei gilydd bydd yr effaith ar Gymru yn llai. Rydym yn amcangyfrif y bydd yr ergyd i GDP rhwng tua 1 a 1.5% o GDP dros gyfnod o ddeng mlynedd, o\u2019i gymharu \u00e2 1.5 i 2% ar gyfer y DU gyfan.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd y cynigion a amlinellir yn y Papur Gwyn ar Fewnfudo yn rhoi terfyn ar ryddid i symud.
