Mae\u2019n dadansoddi systemau blynyddoedd cynnar yng Ngwlad Belg, Denmarc, Estonia a\u2019r Iseldiroedd ac yn archwilio ffyrdd o gyflawni newid yn y system.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r rhan fwyaf o wledydd yn y broses o greu eu systemau blynyddoedd cynnar integredig, ac nid oes yr un wlad unigol wedi cwblhau hynny felly ni ellir cynnig model y gellid ei drosglwyddo yn ei gyfanrwydd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r adolygiad yn dangos nad oes yna\u2019r un wlad unigol allai gynnig model cwbl weithredol o system y gellir ei hefelychu yng Nghymru, ond gallai agweddau o ddatblygu systemau a nodweddion strwythurol o amrywiaeth o wledydd yn yr adolygiad yma fod yn ddefnyddiol o ran hysbysu datblygu systemau blynyddoedd cynnar integredig yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae\u2019r adroddiad yma yn rhoi trosolwg o dystiolaeth ryngwladol sydd ar gael ar systemau blynyddoedd cynnar integredig.
