Mae cenhadaeth ddinesig yn gydnabyddiaeth bod rhwymedigaeth ar brifysgolion i weithredu fel hyn, ac ymgysylltu dinesig yw\u2019r broses ar gyfer ei gyflawni.<\/p>\n<p>Mae nifer o ffactorau\u2019n dylanwadu ar allu prifysgolion i ymgymryd ag ymgysylltu dinesig yng Nghymru: dechreuadau\u2019r sefydliad a\u2019i ddatblygiad wedyn, y cyd-destun polisi addysg uwch yng Nghymru a\u2019r DU a globaleiddio addysg uwch a\u2019r economi yn gyffredinol.<\/p>\n<p>Gwneir chwe argymhelliad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mabwysiadu gweledigaeth strategol ar gyfer y sector AHO yng Nghymru;<\/li>\n<li>Cynnwys ymgysylltu dinesig yn agwedd ffurfiol ar berfformiad prifysgolion;<\/li>\n<li>Datblygu clystyrau rhanbarthol o sefydliadau fel modd i gryfhau cynllunio a phenderfynu seiliedig ar leoedd rhwng addysg uwch a rhannau eraill o gymdeithas ac economi Cymru;<\/li>\n<li>Cymell cydweithio rhwng prifysgolion a rhannau eraill o\u2019r sector addysg \u00f4l-orfodol;<\/li>\n<li>Sefydlu ac ehangu mynediad a dysgu gydol oes, yn cynnwys addysg oedolion, fel nodweddion a chyfrifoldebau hanfodol yn y genhadaeth ddinesig;<\/li>\n<li>Darparu cyllid ymgysylltu i brifysgolion sy\u2019n amodol ar gydweithio ac alinio \u00e2 blaenoriaethau cenedlaethol a rhanbarthol yng Nghymru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae'r adroddiad yn deall cenhadaeth ddinesig prifysgolion fel eu hymrwymiad i wella\u2019r\u00a0 cymunedau lleol a rhanbarthol y maent yn rhan ohonynt.
