Gweithiodd y Sefydliad gyda dau o arbenigwyr blaenllaw'r DU ar bolisi bwyd \u2013 yr Athro Terry Marsden a'r Athro Kevin Morgan o Athrofa Ymchwil Lleoedd Cynaliadwy Prifysgol Caerdydd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae eu hadroddiad yn dadlau, yn ystod y blynyddoedd diwethaf, fod perthnasedd polisi bwyd i nodau polisi ehangach a llesiant yn cael ei gydnabod mwy a mwy. Er enghraifft, gwelwyd mwy a mwy o bryder ynghylch tlodi bwyd, deiet gwael a lleihad yn nifer y busnesau fferm annibynnol. Mae hyn yn golygu bod cael polisi bwyd cynhwysfawr a chyfannol yn bwysicach nag erioed a bod angen gweledigaeth glir sydd wedi'i hategu gan gamau gweithredu er mwyn sicrhau deiet mwy iach a chynaliadwy i bawb a monitro cynnydd y gwaith hwn.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r adroddiad yn dadlau bod y cysylltiad \u00e2 llesiant yn golygu bod angen i fwyd fod wrth wraidd polisi cyhoeddus. Mae'n argymell:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>helpu ffermwyr i gynhyrchu cynnyrch bwyd llai dwys, mwy cynaliadwy ac o ansawdd gwell drwy gadwyni cyflenwi mwy amrywiol;<\/li>\n<li>sicrhau bod deiet cynaliadwy wrth wraidd polisi bwyd a maeth drwy fabwysiadu ymyriadau iechyd cyhoeddus llwyddiannus megis Food for Life a rhoi hwb i ddulliau caffael bwyd y sector cyhoeddus a darpariaeth arlwyo;<\/li>\n<li>hyrwyddo gwaith ymchwil a datblygu ar systemau cynhyrchiant cynaliadwy a bwyta;<\/li>\n<li>cefnogi'r sector bwyd cymunedol;<\/li>\n<li>monitro canlyniadau polisi bwyd yn unol \u00e2 nodau Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau'r Dyfodol;<\/li>\n<li>creu Gweinidog y Cabinet dros Fwyd;<\/li>\n<li>creu rhwydwaith o Fyrddau Partneriaeth yn y sector bwyd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gofynnodd y cyn-Weinidog Cyfoeth Naturiol a'r cyn-Ddirprwy Weinidog Ffermio a Bwyd i'r Sefydliad Polisi Cyhoeddus i Gymru ddweud wrthynt a oedd strategaeth fwyd Llywodraeth Cymru yn ddigon cynhwysfawr a chyfredol.
