Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cefnogi ystod eang o raglenni i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 thlodi gwledig ac eto mae amcangyfrifon diweddar yn awgrymu bod bron i chwarter o'r boblogaeth wledig yng Nghymru yn byw mewn tlodi.<\/p>\n
Mae pwysau parhaus ar gyllideb Llywodraeth Cymru ynghyd \u00e2'r posibilrwydd y collir arian yr UE ar gyfer rhaglenni gwledig yn golygu ei bod yn hollbwysig bod ei adnoddau yn targedu'r dulliau mwyaf costeffeithiol o fynd i'r afael \u00e2 thlodi gwledig.<\/p>\n
