Er mwyn cyflawni'r nod llesiant o gael gwaith da yng Nghymru, mae angen fframwaith cyfraith cyflogaeth ar \u00f4l Brexit sy'n cydymffurfio \u00e2 chytuniadau rhyngwladol a chonfensiynau hawliau dynol sy'n gosod safonau llafur gofynnol yn fyd-eang. Mewn sawl maes allweddol, gan gynnwys ym meysydd arolygu safonau llafur a rhyddid undebau llafur, nid yw darpariaethau'r DU yn ddigon ar hyn o bryd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r adroddiad yn gwneud pedwar sylw allweddol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mae angen gwneud ymchwil newydd er mwyn cymharu profiadau gweithwyr mudol ac anfudol yng Nghymru. Gallai hyn roi rhagor o wybodaeth i ni am yr opsiynau o ran cyflogaeth a strategaethau ymdopi gweithwyr.<\/li>\n<li>Dylai undebau llafur fod ar gael i fwy o bobl, a dylid rhoi mesurau gwahanol ar waith i wella safonau llafur gofynnol a'r ffordd y c\u00e2nt eu dyfarnu yng Nghymru. Gallai Llywodraeth Cymru weithio'n gadarnhaol gydag undebau llafur i gyflawni hyn.<\/li>\n<li>Mae angen datblygu arbenigedd yn y ffordd y mae cyfraith cyflogaeth y DU yn cyd-fynd \u00e2 chytuniadau rhyngwladol a chonfensiynau hawliau dynol.<\/li>\n<li>Mae cyfle i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 chamfanteisio drwy gyfraith cydraddoldeb.
