Mewn ymateb i bryderon cynyddol am bolareiddio cymdeithasol a rhaniad mewn cymunedau yng Nghymru a\u2019r DU, lansiodd Pwyllgor Cydraddoldeb a Chyfiawnder Cymdeithasol y Senedd ymchwiliad i gydlyniant cymdeithasol ar ddiwedd 2024. Clywodd yr ymchwiliad gan grwpiau cymunedol, sefydliadau yn y sector cyhoeddus a\u2019r trydydd sector a Gweinidogion a swyddogion Llywodraeth Cymru, am y prif broblemau sy\u2019n effeithio ar gydlyniant cymdeithasol yng Nghymru, enghreifftiau o arferion gorau ac ymyriadau i\u2019w wella, a\u2019r ffyrdd y gall Llywodraeth Cymru gryfhau cymorth i grwpiau a sefydliadau cymunedol. Mae\u2019r ymchwiliad hefyd wedi ystyried effeithiau ymosodiadau haf 2024 ledled y DU ar gydlyniant cymunedol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gan bwysleisio angen brys am gamau polisi gan Lywodraeth Cymru a rhanddeiliaid eraill, gwnaeth adroddiad terfynol y Pwyllgor argymell sefydlu Gr\u0175p Arbenigol ar Gydlyniant Cymdeithasol wedi\u2019i gadeirio\u2019n annibynnol i ddatblygu camau gweithredu yn y tymor byr, y tymor canolig a\u2019r tymor hir cyn etholiad y Senedd ym mis Mai 2026. Gofynnodd Llywodraeth Cymru i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (CPCC) gefnogi gwaith y Gr\u0175p Arbenigol ar Gydlyniant Cymdeithasol gan gynnig cefnogaeth benodol ar y dystiolaeth i helpu\u2019r Gr\u0175p ganfod y camau gweithredu hyn, gan ymateb i\u2019r cwestiynau ymchwil canlynol:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Pa ymyriadau polisi ac ymarfer sy\u2019n effeithiol yn hyrwyddo ac yn cryfhau cydlyniant cymdeithasol?\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Pa gamau gweithredu posibl o ran polisi i Gymru sy\u2019n ymddangos yn y dystiolaeth ar ymyriadau cydlyniant cymdeithasol?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r cwestiynau hyn, bydd CPCC yn adolygu\u2019r deunydd academaidd a gyflwynwyd i ymchwiliad cydlyniant cymdeithasol y Pwyllgor Cydraddoldeb a Chyfiawnder Cymdeithasol, ynghyd \u00e2 thystiolaeth a ddarparwyd drwy alwad am gyflwyniadau gan aelodau o\u2019r Gr\u0175p Arbenigol ar Gydlyniant Cymdeithasol. Caiff y dystiolaeth hon ei hategu gan adolygiad o gyfuniadau o dystiolaeth bresennol ar ymyriadau i hyrwyddo cydlyniant cymdeithasol.
