Mae\u2019r llwybr i sero net yn cynnig cyfle hollbwysig i ailystyried sut mae\u2019r economi\u2019n gweithio, yn enwedig yng nghyd-destun cynhyrchiant a thwf economaidd sydd wedi aros yn eu hunfan yn ystod y blynyddoedd diwethaf. Bydd y prosiect hwn yn canolbwyntio ar y sector tai ac yn ystyried y dystiolaeth sy\u2019n dangos bod buddsoddi mewn \u00f4l-osod yn ffordd o sicrhau manteision ehangach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae strategaeth Caerdydd Un Blaned Cyngor Caerdydd yn amlinellu mai nod Caerdydd yw dod yn garbon niwtral. Mae\u2019n nodi y gellir priodoli 26.4% o allyriadau carbon y ddinas yn 2021 i adeiladau domestig, sy\u2019n golygu bod lleihau eu hallyriadau\u2019n bwysig i ddod yn garbon niwtral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Cyngor Caerdydd wedi gofyn i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru adolygu\u2019r gwaith sydd wedi\u2019i wneud gan Gyngor Caerdydd a\u2019i bartneriaid yn barod a chyfuno\u2019r dystiolaeth o arfer gorau ac ymchwil newydd. Bydd hyn yn cefnogi\u2019r gwaith o ddatblygu eu \u2018cynnig twf gwyrdd\u2019: rhaglen o brosiectau ynni adnewyddadwy lleol ac \u00f4l-osod cartrefi, sy\u2019n cynnwys targedu cartrefi mewn tlodi tanwydd i\u2019w h\u00f4l-osod, gyda\u2019r nod o annog rhagor o bobl i fabwysiadu\u2019r mesurau hyn. Mae Cyngor Caerdydd hefyd wedi mynegi diddordeb mewn cysylltu \u00e2 llunwyr polis\u00efau cenedlaethol i ystyried cyfleoedd i sicrhau cyllid ac uwchraddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Sut mae rhaglenni o\u2019r fath wedi\u2019u rhoi ar waith mewn mannau eraill, a pha wersi y gall Caerdydd eu dysgu o\u2019r rhain?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
