Ers mis Tachwedd 2023, mae\u2019r ESRC wedi ariannu Cymrawd Polisi i gael ei secondio i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (WCPP) er mwyn gwella dealltwriaeth, galluoedd a sgiliau sefydliadau brocera gwybodaeth wrth gynnwys pobl sydd \u00e2 phrofiad bywyd yn ein gwaith. Mae\u2019r Gymrodoriaeth yn gydweithrediad 18 mis rhwng y Cymrawd (Dr Rounaq Nayak), WCPP, a thair Canolfan Beth-sy\u2019n-Gweithio arall - y Centre for Ageing Better, Youth Futures Foundation a\u2019r Centre for Homelessness Impact. Darperir cyngor arbenigol gan Sarah Campbell, Pennaeth Cyfranogiad Sefydliad Joseph Rowntree, gyda chefnogaeth gan y Modern Slavery Policy Evidence Centre a\u2019r Arsyllfa Polisi Cyhoeddus Ryngwladol.<\/p>\n

Mae'r Gymrodoriaeth yn cynnwys pedwar cam allweddol sy'n bwydo\u2019i gilydd yn eu tro:<\/p>\n

  1. Dysgu oddi mewn i WWN<\/strong> i archwilio\u2019r ddealltwriaeth a\u2019r arferion presennol mewn perthynas ag ymgorffori arbenigedd profiad bywyd a deall arferion, safbwyntiau a gwybodaeth gyfredol am gyfranogiad drwy brofiad bywyd ar draws WWN.<\/li>\n
  2. Dysgu y tu hwnt i WWN<\/strong> drwy adolygu llenyddiaeth a, thrwy 25 o gyfweliadau, edrych ar arbenigedd yn y sector ehangach i archwilio a all arbenigwyr profiad bywyd lywio\u2019r broses o fanteisio ar wybodaeth, sut y gall hynny ddigwydd ac ym mha ffyrdd.<\/li>\n
  3. Arbrofi ac arloesi yn WWN<\/strong> drwy ddwyn ynghyd yr hyn a ddysgwyd o dri chyfle ymchwil weithredol i rannu a chymhwyso dulliau perthnasol ar gyfer cynnwys arbenigwyr profiad bywyd.<\/li>\n
  4. Rhannu dysgu a chynyddu galluoedd<\/strong> yn ehangach drwy gynhyrchu astudiaethau achos ar brosiectau ymchwil weithredol, cyflwyno i'r Cyngor Beth-sy\u2019n-Gweithio, drwy weithdy hanner diwrnod ar dystiolaeth chwarter, a chynhyrchu papur briffio ar gyfer llunwyr polisi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Yn ogystal \u00e2 rhannu dysgu drwy adroddiadau ymchwil, bydd y Gymrodoriaeth hefyd yn llunio ac yn datblygu pecyn o adnoddau ymarferol i gefnogi sefydliadau brocera gwybodaeth yn ein hymdrechion i gynnwys arbenigwyr profiad bywyd yn ein gwaith er mwyn manteisio ar wybodaeth i lywio polisi ac ymarfer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
