{"id":13091,"date":"2024-01-16T18:02:47","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T18:02:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wcpporguk.cf.ac.uk\/project\/amrywiaeth-mewn-recriwtio\/"},"modified":"2026-01-14T14:23:20","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T14:23:20","slug":"amrywiaeth-mewn-recriwtio","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/wcpp.org.uk\/cy\/project\/amrywiaeth-mewn-recriwtio\/","title":{"rendered":"Amrywiaeth mewn recriwtio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi gofyn i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (WCPP) gefnogi ei gwaith ar gynyddu\u2019r gyfran y bobl Ddu, Asiaidd a Lleiafrifoedd Ethnig ac anabl sy\u2019n cael eu penodi, er mwyn cywiro\u2019r gynrychiolaeth anghyfrannol bresennol yng ngweithlu Llywodraeth Cymru. .<\/p>\n<p>Yn benodol, mae gan Lywodraeth Cymru ddiddordeb yn y meysydd recriwtio canlynol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bod yn gyfarwydd \u00e2 modelau o gyfweld ac asesu gwahanol a ddefnyddir gan sefydliadau eraill o fewn a thu hwnt i wasanaeth cyhoeddus Cymru;<\/li>\n<li>Bod yn gyfarwydd o ddulliau eraill o hysbysebu swyddi, allgymorth, a\u2019r modd o gyfathrebu\u2019r rolau a manylion y sefydliad: ac i<\/li>\n<li>Ddeall y defnydd o weithredai positif, gan gynnwys cynlluniau sy\u2019n gwarantu cyfweliad ar draws ystod o nodweddion gwarchodedig, wrth recriwtio a phenodi ymgeiswyr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae\u2019r WCPP wedi cynnal adolygiadau tystiolaeth a chyfarfodydd bord gron i edrych ar ffyrdd o annog amrywiaeth wrth recriwtio. Nid yw\u2019r adolygiadau hyn wedi edrych yn benodol ar recriwtio i\u2019r gwasanaeth sifil na\u2019r gwasanaeth cyhoeddus ehangach yng Nghymru, ar wah\u00e2n i benodiadau cyhoeddus lefel uchel, ond maent yn cynnwys tystiolaeth y gellir ei throsglwyddo i\u2019r cyd-destunau hyn.<\/p>\n<p>I gefnogi ac ychwanegu at y dystiolaeth y mae\u2019r WCPP wedi\u2019i chasglu eisoes, rydym yn cynnal digwyddiad bord gron i Lywodraeth Cymru ddod ag arbenigedd academaidd ac ymarfer yn seiliedig a\u2019r arbenigedd ynghyd a fydd yn canolbwyntio ar y tri maes a\u2019i hamlinellir uchod.
