Fodd bynnag, mae tystiolaeth yn awgrymu bod sawl anghydraddoldeb ynghlwm wrth gyrchu addysg drydyddol a sicrhau dilyniant deilliannau o addysg drydyddol ymhlith grwpiau gwahanol.<\/p>\n<p>Er mwyn mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r mathau hyn o anghydraddoldeb ac i ddarparu dull system gyfan o ymdrin ag addysg \u00f4l-orfodol, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wrthi\u2019n creu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.wales\/tertiary-education-and-research-commission\">Comisiwn Addysg Drydyddol ac Ymchwil<\/a> (CTER),a fydd yn cyllido, yn goruchwylio ac yn rheoleiddio holl addysg \u00f4l-16 yng Nghymru. Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi gofyn i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru ddarparu tystiolaeth i gefnogi\u2019r Comisiwn i fodloni ei ddyletswydd, sef hyrwyddo cyfle cyfartal yn y sector addysg drydyddol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<p>Deellir bod cyfle cyfartal yn cynnwys y broses o gynyddu a chadw cyfranogiad, lleihau bylchau cyrhaeddiad a chefnogi myfyrwyr o grwpiau heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol. Yn ogystal, bydd yn ofynnol i\u2019r Comisiwn reoleiddio darparwyr i ddatblygu a chyflawni deilliannau mesuradwy sy'n ymwneud \u00e2 gwella cyfle cyfartal.<\/p>\n<p>Gofynnwyd i Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r cwestiynau allweddol canlynol:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pa grwpiau sy\u2019n cael eu tangynrychioli ym myd addysg drydyddol yng Nghymru ar hyn o bryd, gan ddefnyddio\u2019r data gorau sydd ar gael?<\/li>\n<li>Pa dystiolaeth sydd ar gael gan wledydd eraill y DU ac Iwerddon ar yr hyn sy\u2019n gweithio o ran hyrwyddo tegwch mewn addysg drydyddol?<\/li>\n<li>Pa ymyraethau allai unioni\u2019r mathau hyn o anghydraddoldeb orau?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rydym yn gweithio gydag <a href=\"https:\/\/adrwales.org\/\">YDG Cymru<\/a> i gynnal ymchwil i ganfod pa grwpiau sy\u2019n cael eu tangynrychioli ar hyn o bryd ac ym mha ffordd, a hynny drwy werthusiad carfan o ddysgwyr. Yn achos cwestiwn 2 rydym wedi cynnal adolygiad cyflym o\u2019r dystiolaeth ynghylch ymyraethau mewn lleoedd eraill yn y DU a Gweriniaeth Iwerddon, gan edrych ar yr hyn sydd wedi gweithio mewn lleoedd eraill ac y gellid eu gweithredu neu eu haddasu yng Nghymru. I ateb cwestiwn 3, byddwn yn gwahodd ystod o feddylwyr blaenllaw i fyfyrio ar y canfyddiadau yn sgil dadansoddi\u2019r data ac adolygu\u2019r dystiolaeth a byddant yn rhannu eu barn ar yr ymyraethau a allai leihau orau anghydraddoldeb ym maes addysg drydyddol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<p>Dechreuodd y prosiect hwn yn 2022, a bydd yr allbynnau\u2019n cael eu cyhoeddi ddechrau 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae dysgu \u00f4l-orfodol yn gysylltiedig ag ystod o ganlyniadau bywyd cadarnhaol megis gwell cyfleoedd cyflogaeth, enillion uwch a gwell lles.
