Byddwn ni\u2019n adolygu arferion gorau dysgu gydol oes, cadw\u2019r ddysgl yn wastad rhwng addysg gynhwysfawr a chyffredinol a chymorth i\u2019r rhai mwyaf anghenus a r\u00f4l y llywodraeth a\u2019r comisiwn ynghylch trin a thrafod y drefn newydd. Yn benodol, rydyn ni am ateb y cwestiynau canlynol:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sut y dylid deall a diffinio 'dysgu gydol oes', a beth yw'r hawliau priodol?<\/li>\n<li>Pa garfanau fyddai'n elwa fwyaf ar ddarpariaeth dysgu gydol oes a beth sy\u2019n ein rhwystro rhag eu cyrraedd? Sut mae cadw\u2019r ddysgl yn wastad rhwng hawl neu gynnig cyffredinol a chymorth penodol i garfanau a fyddai\u2019n elwa fwyaf?<\/li>\n<li>Sut y gall trefn dysgu gydol oes gydbwyso amcanion economaidd a chymdeithasol gwahanol orau?<\/li>\n<li>Beth yw r\u00f4l y llywodraeth o ran pennu agenda a hyrwyddo arferion da? Sut mae helpu sefydliadau a budd-ddalwyr orau i ehangu\u2019r ddarpariaeth?<\/li>\n<li>Sut mae cynnig Cymru yn cydblethu \u00e2 rhannau eraill o'r deyrnas, gan gynnwys y rhaglen ddiwygio barhaus yn Lloegr?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Yn ogystal ag adolygu tystiolaeth, cynhalion ni seminar ar y we i holi arbenigwyr am y gwaith hwn a r\u00f4l y llywodraeth ynghylch hyrwyddo trefn dysgu gydol oes.<\/p>\n<p>Rydyn ni\u2019n canolbwyntio ar faterion strategol gan gynnwys sut y gallai dysgu gydol oes helpu i gyflawni amcanion polis\u00efau eraill megis y rhai ar gyfer medrau a llesiant.
