Mae gofal cartref yn wynebu nifer o heriau hirsefydlog, gan gynnwys cyllid, bregusrwydd y farchnad, newidiadau demograffig, a sefydlogrwydd y gweithlu.<\/p>\n
Mae darparu gofal cartref o ansawdd uchel yn hollbwysig i wireddu uchelgeisiau a nodwyd yn \u2018Cymru Iachach\u2019 ar gyfer ffocws ar ofal ataliol yn y gymuned sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn gyda mwy o weithio cydgysylltiedig rhwng iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol. Darperir y rhan fwyaf o ofal cartref yng Nghymru gan y sector preifat ac mae Llywodraeth Cymru\u2019n ymrwymedig i \u2018ailgydbwyso'r farchnad\u2019. Gofynnwyd i ni gan Brif Weinidog Cymru i adolygu enghreifftiau dewisedig o fodelau gwahanol o ofal cartref sydd wedi cael eu datblygu mewn rhannau eraill o\u2019r DU ac mewn gwledydd eraill ac a allai gynnig mewnwelediad gwerthfawr i Gymru.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
