Mae Llywodraeth y DU yn bwriadu dod \u00e2 rhyddid pobl i symud i'r DU o wledydd yr UE i ben a bydd gan y Bil Mewnfudo arfaethedig oblygiadau sylweddol i economi, cymdeithas a phoblogaeth Cymru.<\/p>\n
Mae Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru wedi bod yn archwilio effeithiau tebygol polis\u00efau ymfudo ar \u00f4l Brexit ar Gymru i nodi amrywiaeth o ffyrdd y gallai Llywodraeth Cymru geisio ymateb i'r heriau a chynyddu'r cyfleoedd y bydd y rheolau mudo newydd yn eu cyflwyno.<\/p>\n
Rydym wedi gweithio gyda dau arbenigwr blaenllaw yn y maes, sef Dr Eve Hepburn, cyn-Gymrawd Academaidd yn Senedd yr Alban, a'r Athro David Bell o Ganolfan Newid Poblogaeth Prifysgol Stirling.<\/p>\n
Mae ein hadroddiad yn defnyddio data o arolwg blynyddol diweddaraf y Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol (ONS) o oriau ac enillion i fodelu'r effaith ar drothwy cyflog arfaethedig Llywodraeth y DU o \u00a325,600 ar gyfer y llwybr 'Haen 2'. Ynghyd \u00e2 chanfyddiadau'r dadansoddiad, mae ein hadroddiad hefyd yn amlinellu'r risgiau sy'n gysylltiedig \u00e2'r newidiadau ymfudo arfaethedig.
