Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/educationendowmentfoundation.org.uk\/public\/files\/EEF_(2020)_-_Impact_of_School_Closures_on_the_Attainment_Gap.pdf\">modelu<\/a> effaith cau ysgolion yn Lloegr yn awgrymu y gallai gwerth deng mlynedd o ymdrechion i gau'r bwlch cyrhaeddiad fod wedi'i wrthdroi gan gau ysgolion yn ddiweddar. Yn yr un modd, canfu <a href=\"https:\/\/nmm-v2.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/reports\/334-NMM-Impact+Analysis-ART.pdf\">asesiadau<\/a> o ddisgyblion Blwyddyn 7 yn Lloegr ym mis Medi 2020 eu bod 22 mis ar gyfartaledd y tu \u00f4l i'r lefelau cyrhaeddiad disgwyliedig. Mae'n debygol y bydd yr effeithiau ar ddisgyblion Cymru ar raddfa debyg.<\/p>\n<p>Mewn ymateb i effaith y pandemig ar addysg, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi datblygu'r rhaglen <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/recruit-recover-raise-standards-accelerating-learning-programme\">Recriwtio, Adfer a Chodi Safonau<\/a>, gan ei defnyddio i ddarparu cyllid i ysgolion i gynyddu\u2019r gallu i gefnogi dysgwyr, yn enwedig y rhai sydd wedi cael eu heffeithio fwyaf gan gau ysgolion.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd llwyddiant y dull hwn yn cael ei effeithio gan y pethau canlynol (ymhlith pethau eraill):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Y ffordd y cyflwynir addysgu a dysgu cyfunol;<\/li>\n<li>Dulliau a modelau cymorth 'dal i fyny' a ddarperir; a<\/li>\n<li>Dylunio, darparu a derbyn datblygiad proffesiynol ar gyfer gweithwyr addysg newydd a phresennol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yng ngoleuni hyn, bydd Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru yn cynhyrchu briffiau polisi ar bob un o'r tri phwnc hyn, gyda'r nod o sicrhau bod ymdrechion Llywodraeth Cymru i gefnogi'r system addysg i ymateb i heriau pandemig y coronafeirws yn cael eu llywio gan y dystiolaeth ac arbenigedd gorau sydd ar gael sy'n gysylltiedig \u00e2'r tair blaenoriaeth hyn.<\/p>\n<p>Er mwyn datblygu a chefnogi\u2019r gwaith o weithredu\u2019r canfyddiadau yn ymarferol yng Nghymru, yn ogystal ag archwilio sut y byddai ymyriadau a nodwyd yn yr adolygiadau yn rhyngweithio \u00e2 pholisi ac arfer cyfredol ac arfaethedig, bydd Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru hefyd yn cynnal nifer fach o weithdai gydag arweinwyr consortia rhanbarthol, ac o bosib gydag arweinwyr ysgolion, i drafod canfyddiadau'r briffiau polisi yng nghyd-destun ysgolion yng Nghymru, yn ogystal ag ymyriadau polisi cyfredol ac arfaethedig.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae pandemig y coronafeirws wedi gwaethygu'r anghydraddoldebau addysgol presennol ledled y byd.
