Mae wedi bod cynnydd mewn ymwybyddiaeth, ymysg y cyhoedd a llunwyr polisi, o ran mynd i'r afael \u00e2\u2019r newid yn yr hinsawdd ers dechrau 2019. Yng Nghymru, mae datganiad Llywodraeth Cymru o 'argyfwng hinsawdd' ym mis Ebrill 2019 wedi nodi ymrwymiad o'r newydd i ddatgarboneiddio.<\/p>\n
Mae datgarboneiddio\u2019n codi ystod o heriau i lywodraethau, busnesau a chymunedau. Er bod cytundeb eang ar yr angen i ddatgarboneiddio, mae angen mwy o sylw ar oblygiadau dosbarthiadol ehangach y newid hwn.\u00a0 Mae'r pryder y gallai'r newid tuag at economi sydd wedi'i datgarboneiddio gynnal neu waethygu'r anghydbwysedd economaidd-gymdeithasol presennol wedi arwain at alwadau am bontio 'cyfiawn'. Yn hytrach na gweld datgarboneiddio fel bygythiad i weithluoedd a chymunedau cyfredol, mae cefnogwyr y cysyniad hwn yn ei weld fel cyfle i greu economi fwy cytbwys a chynhwysol.<\/p>\n
