Ym mhob gwlad lle mae data ar gael, mae cyfranogiad mewn addysg uwch yn parhau i fod yn anhafal o safbwynt cefndir cymdeithasol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn \u00f4l adroddiad diweddar, \u2018mae canlyniadau a chyfranogiad mewn addysg yn is ymysg pobl ifanc yng Nghymru\u2019 nac yng ngwledydd eraill y DU, ac mae\u2019r bwlch yn y cyfranogiad wedi cynyddu dros y blynyddoedd. Ceir tystiolaeth o hyn gan y gyfran uchel, ac sy\u2019n cynyddu, o bobl ifanc nad ydynt mewn addysg, cyflogaeth na hyfforddiant yng Nghymru ...[a] lefelau isel o gyfranogiad mewn addysg uwch, gyda bechgyn yng Nghymru \u00e2\u2019r lefelau isaf o gyfranogiad mewn addysg uwch. Mae modd gweld hyn mewn cyfrannau is o bobl ifanc yn cael Lefel A neu gymwysterau cyfatebol, cymwysterau ar lefel gradd a chanlyniadau is yn y farchnad lafur yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac eto, er mwyn gallu ymateb i\u2019r newidiadau trawsnewidiol parhaus a ddaw yn sgil y trawsnewidiadau digidol a gwyrdd, bydd angen i fwy a mwy o bobl yng Nghymru gael cymhwyster QCFW Lefel 4-6, neu uwch. Mae hyn yn newid sylweddol o\u2019r 41.4% o bobl sydd \u00e2 chymhwyster o\u2019r fath ar hyn o bryd. Rhaid i Gymru ystyried pa mor barod yw\u2019r system addysg drydyddol i gyflawni\u2019r tasgau a osodwyd gan Lywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer creu \u2019Cymru sy\u2019n Fwy Cyfartal\u2019 ac er mwyn \u2018parhau a dwys\u00e1u gwaith o ehangu cyfranogiad a chymryd camau i sicrhau system fwy teg a rhagorol i bawb.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ehangu cyfranogiad a gwella canlyniadau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dylid llongyfarch Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru (WCPP) am dynnu sylw Medr at y broblem enbyd o anghydraddoldeb mewn canlyniadau a chyfleoedd addysgol. Felly, sut bydd y dystiolaeth a\u2019r cynigion a gyflwynir yn Tegwch mewn Addysg Drydyddol yng Nghymru ac EhanguCyfranogiad mewn Addysg Drydyddol yn helpu Medr i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r materion hyn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Tegwch mewn Addysg Drydyddol yng Nghymru yn ailgadarnhau llawer o astudiaethau sy\u2019n dangos bod cydberthynas fawr rhwng anghydraddoldeb ar draws cymdeithas a mynediad anhafal at addysg. Mae cydberthynas gref hefyd rhwng mynediad at addysg uwch ac, ymysg pethau eraill, galwedigaeth rhieni ac economaidd-gymdeithasol, hil\/ethnigrwydd, anabledd, amddifadedd a rhywedd, ac maent wedi\u2019u gwreiddio\u2019n gadarn\/ eu hatgyfnerthu gan strwythurau cymdeithasol, gan gynnwys addysg sy\u2019n dechrau o oedran cynnar.
