Bydd tair rhaglen GIG genedlaethol sydd \u00e2'r nod o newid y berthynas rhwng cleifion a'r gwasanaeth iechyd yn ei chael hi'n anodd gwireddu eu potensial heb fynd i'r afael \u00e2 rhwystrau sylweddol, yn \u00f4l adroddiad newydd<\/a> gan Ganolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae'r adroddiad yn adolygu tair rhaglen newid ymddygiad yn y GIG: Gwneud i Bob Cyswllt Gyfrif; Dewis Doeth Cymru; a Phresgripsiynu Cymdeithasol. Nod pob un o'r rhain yw symud darpariaeth y GIG tuag at hyrwyddo ymddygiadau iachach er mwyn atal iechyd gwael.<\/p>\n

Er bod gan bob rhaglen bosibilrwydd o helpu'r GIG i symud y ddarpariaeth tuag at atal, mae eu heffeithiolrwydd yn cael ei leihau gan rwystrau strwythurol a diwylliannol sylweddol sy'n atgyfnerthu ymddygiadau presennol yn y system.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Dr Craig Johnson<\/a>, Cydymaith Ymchwil yng Nghanolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Mae'r dystiolaeth yn awgrymu bod gan bob un o'r tair rhaglen hyn botensial i wella canlyniadau i gleifion. Mae llawer o ffactorau, fel cyfyngiadau o ran adnoddau a chanfyddiadau yngl\u0177n \u00e2 r\u00f4l staff, yn cyfyngu ar effaith y cynlluniau hyn.<\/p>\n

\"O ystyried mai nod pob rhaglen yw newid sut mae'r gwasanaeth iechyd yn rhyngweithio \u00e2 chleifion, mae achos i ddod \u00e2'r tair rhaglen yn nes at ei gilydd i'w helpu i weithio'n fwy effeithiol.<\/p>\n

\"Byddai integreiddio'r rhaglenni i ymateb Llywodraeth Cymru i'r Adolygiad Seneddol o Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol yng Nghymru a gynhaliwyd yn ddiweddar yn galluogi pecyn o fesurau mwy effeithlon a chysylltiedig sy'n symud tuag at GIG sy'n gweithio i atal.\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
