da i heneiddio yn flaenoriaeth i\u2019r llywodraeth, i wasanaethau cyhoeddus ac i gymunedau.\u00a0 Mae rhaglen y Comisiynydd Pobl H\u0177n \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ageingwellinwales.com\/wl\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heneiddio\u2019n Dda yng Nghymru<\/a>\u2019 a Strategaeth Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer Pobl H\u0177n yng Nghymru (2013-2023) <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/2019-06\/strategy-for-older-people-in-wales-2013-2023-delivery-plan.pdf\">\u2018Byw\u2019n hwy, heneiddio\u2019n dda<\/a>\u2019 yn dangos bod awydd i wella bywydau pobl h\u0177n yng Nghymru, yn awr ac yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd y digwyddiad yng ngofal Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru a SPARK, a bydd <strong>Dr Anna Dixon<\/strong>, Prif Weithredwr y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ageing-better.org.uk\/\">Ganolfan Heneiddio\u2019n Well<\/a>, yn edrych ar ba newidiadau sy\u2019n angenrheidiol o ran polisi ac ymarfer i greu cymdeithas lle mae pawb yn mwynhau bywyd wrth heneiddio.\u00a0 Bydd hi\u2019n siarad am y dystiolaeth a\u2019r ddealltwriaeth a gafwyd o waith Heneiddio\u2019n Well mewn meysydd megis cyflogaeth, iechyd, tai a chymunedau, yn ogystal \u00e2 gwaith ehangach ar wahaniaethu ar sail oed.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd hi\u2019n trafod yn gryno r\u00f4l Heneiddio\u2019n Well fel Canolfan \u2018What Works\u2019 a sut maen nhw\u2019n defnyddio tystiolaeth i gyflawni newid, yn ogystal \u00e2 chefnogi arloesedd a gweithredu.<\/p>\n<p>Dilynir anerchiad Anna gan drafodaeth panel gyda <strong>Hel\u00e9na Herklots<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/olderpeoplewales.com\/wl\/Home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comisiynydd Pobl H\u0177n Cymru<\/a>, ac\u00a0<strong>Dr Martin
