Mae polis\u00efau caffael cyhoeddus Cymru wedi denu sylw beirniadol sylweddol dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf, gyda Swyddfa Archwilio Cymru yn tynnu sylw at ddiffygion strategol ac ymarferol, a Phwyllgor Cyfrifon Cyhoeddus y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn canfod canlyniadau cymysg ynghylch effeithiolrwydd polis\u00efau caffael.<\/p>\n

Mae'r Prif Weinidog wedi tynnu sylw at bwysigrwydd caffael craffach a moesegol i gefnogi nodau polisi llesiant, codi statws caffael a harneisio ei b\u0175er i gefnogi busnesau bach a chanolig rhanbarthol a'r economi sylfaenol.<\/p>\n

Mae Canolfan Polisi Cyhoeddus Cymru wedi bod yn ystyried yr achos dros ddull mwy strategol o gaffael cyhoeddus, gyda chyfres o ddigwyddiadau a chyhoeddiadau dros y deunaw mis diwethaf.<\/p>\n

Credwn ei bod yn werth dod \u00e2 gweithwyr proffesiynol caffael cyhoeddus ynghyd i drafod dulliau ymarferol o fynd i'r afael \u00e2'r heriau sy'n eu hwynebu. Y nod oedd cynnig 'man diogelwch', gyda rhywfaint o sylwebaeth arbenigol a hwyluso trafodaeth bord gron agored a gonest am heriau ymarferol a'r hyn y mae angen ei wneud i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 hwy.<\/p>\n
